"UPDATE: 1/10/2026 - At this point I would give them ZERO stars if google would allow it. The quality and efficiency of this office has really deteriorated over the last couple of years resulting in NUMEROUS mistakes on our policies. They listed drivers on the wrong vehicles (multiple times) AND dropped the wrong car from our policy when we traded cars. This also caused us the headache of receiving a threatening letter from the tag office to show proof of insurance (w/out a lapse in coverage) or we would be fined. It was a nightmare!!!! Just recently we tried to contact Mike regarding some information we received by email and asked for him to call us, the call never came. We received a text or email asking what we needed. Needless to say we have found another agent!!!! I just reviewed the information on the policies that went to the new agent and STILL they have the wrong driver assigned to the wrong car!!!! At this point I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this office. We are VERY happy with Mike and his staff at State Farm. They are always very quick to respond, very courteous and professional. It is so nice to sit down with someone face to face if we need to. We would definitely recommend."
