"My State Farm agent recently conducted a phone review of the insurance products I purchase through the company. I have had life insurance, vehicle insurance and homeowners policies with State Farm for many years. The agent reviewed each policy individually and outlined the type of coverage, features and the benefit amount for each policy. The interview was very thorough and all of my questions were answered fully. When I asked to make an adjustment in the amount of coverage on one of my vehicles, the agent went over the new coverages and the difference in payment amount. The appropriate paperwork was prepared immediately and sent to my email to review and sign . I am very grateful to the agents in the Mike Ingham State Farm office. They are always very friendly and considerate of the insurance needs of my family. I recommend State Farm to all my family and friends."

"I was greeted by all employees of State Farm at the broad street office. They were very knowledgeable, very friendly and very helpful. I would especially like to thank Slayton Lutz for his patience and his guidance through the process. UPDATE: just found out I cannot be insured with State Farm because I need a new roof. After I canceled my old homeowners insurance and sign on with State Farm they send someone out to take pictures of the outside of the home. They need to take pictures of home before approval and cancellation of old home owners insurance. Now I have to try can get my old insurance back. I am really frustrated and bummed out."
